Keep in mind that this festival, while ideally located, is nevertheless located in a small farming community with residential farms and ranches on both sides of the roads that you will travel. These farms and ranches are private property and land owners in general don’t take kindly to trespassing. There will be no problem or difficulty whatsoever in following the directions and roads to safely arrive at our location.
We ask that you respect the properties you pass along the way, and refrain from drawing attention to yourselves after you exit the highway - ESPECIALLY IF YOU STOP AT THE CONOCO STATION IN TOWN.
The location is approximately 25 miles east of Denver:
- I-70 to the Strasburg Exit #310
- Turn North towards town
(left if you were heading east, right if you were heading west)
- Turn right on Colfax
(there is a Conoco station across the street)
- Turn left on Monroe
(this is the 4th street once you turn on Colfax and later becomes Strasburg Road - YOU WILL PASS THE ADAMS COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE ON THE RIGHT - 4.7 miles)
- Turn right on 64th Avenue - (go 1.0 mile)
- Turn left on Headlight (go 1.4 miles - curves only one way)
- Turn right on 74th Drive
This is quite easy to find and will be well marked once you turn on 64 th Avenue.
Don’t forget that this is also a canned food drive for the Adams County Food Bank – so make sure to bring two cans of food per person and you'll save big money on parking!
